 Police Use of force has been defined as the "amount of effort required by police to compel compliance by an unwilling subject".This amount however should be the minimum needed to eliminate the threat presented, minimizing the risk and solving a situation.

Prior to commencing work at any new site, Grand Group Services' management conducts a site inspection to identify possible hazards and security risks which could be a potential of an incident.

Many premises' owners and managements are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars every year as a result of incidents occurred at their premises. Grand Group Services Pty Ltd have invented and developed a program which identifies and treat or isolate any possible hazards, minimize and prevent future incidents in the premises.

Grand Group Services' risk management program studies and analysis pre-incident, incident and post-incidents circumstances and pass them on to the clients on daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually reports. The reports along with a special incident report have been developed along by Mr. Shammery Grand Group Services Director General to guide our onsite security officers to seek specific information to assist our clients in completing their pro-claims reports, and accessing incidents information on their computers in just a click. The reports outline a detailed analysis of incidents, hazards and other issues need clients attention.  

Our management team conduct a variety of surveys in order to enable a better understanding to the premises clients needs, issues and area of problems. The surveys targets students, workers, retailers, shoppers, services workers, delivery drivers, managements and others in the community who are utilizing Grand Group's client's premises.

Grand Group Services’ management liaises with the local police, share intelligence and information on a regular basis in order to prevent criminals and possible offenders from targeting clients' premises, staff, good, equipments and customers.
