Ethical Behaviour – Our officers are highly trained to display ethical behaviour and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the good reputation of the profession and refrain from any discredit to the client and company. Professional Competence – Grand Group Services employees act with consistency, they undertake work and are expected to complete it with professional competence, as it is our duty to maintain security officers’ level of competence to ensure no damage is caused to the client by their action. Confidentiality – Grand Group Services officers hold positions of trust and have access to many valuables and private pieces of information in the course of their work. Therefore officers are trained to respect the confidentiality of information obtained during the course of their work and trained not to disclose such information to a third party without authority. Confidentiality is an essential and often emphasised principle in our company, as it is our duty to protect the interest of clients. Training Comprehensive and Consistent Pre-employment Training While conducting training, our management assesses the officer and place him/her in a division that suite their personality. Once placed at premises, all officers are undergoing an extensive training period which is followed up by every six month training seminars includig OH&S, Conflict Handling, Customer Services and training on updated security software and equipment used at the workplace.
