Mental health consumers found to be a serious concern for police due to the risk of injury to police and mental health consumers when dealing with mental health related incidents and to the time taking by police in the handover of mental health consumers into the health care system.

Grand Managers monitor the performance of all officers on a regular basis and take the necessary action to correct possible problem areas while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and quality throughout the term of a contract.

Our management team also meets several times a week to discuss key principles in the security services that we offer. We have weekly meetings to discuss how we can improve all areas of our services including risk management, incident analysis and guard refreshment sessions which includes an overview of OH&S policies and risk management.

 

 Grand Group Services has direct contact between management and on-site guards. Grand Group Services Pty does not hire subcontractors.

 

Grand Group Services security officers use a computerised network system as a communication method between marketing, operations managers, property managements as well as Grand Group management.

 All Managements communicate with the on-site guard via Phone, E-mail and Radio.

A Copy of  emails to the on site guards' e-mail , sent by  Grand's management or  by Grand's clients goes directly to the on site guard’s mobile device and a copy  of those emails sent directly to Grand Group management for follow up and saved in the clients' correspondence files.
